Contiguous US (Lower 48) States only. Additionally, UPS applies a surcharge for Rural Route
deliveries and you will receive an email for approval of the assessed surcharge before your order is

How long will my order take to ship?
Neon sign orders will generally ship within 3 to 6 business days. LED Signs may take up to 2 weeks to
ship. If for some reason your order cannot be shipped within the normal time frame, you will be notified
by email with the expected shipping date.
Where will my items be shipped from?
All neon signs ship directly from the manufacturer's warehouse located in Texas or California.
Most LED signs ship from overseas locations.
Please remember UPS cannot deliver to a PO box number.

Each Neon Sign comes complete with everything you need to start using it the same day you receive
your sign:
Neon Signs may be changed to flash all or part of the sign for an additional fee.
All Neon Signs come with a black background for optimal viewing.
